You have access to the course until the end of the calendar year specified in the course name. However, we recommend completing the training as soon as possible. Note that OSHA requires training within 10 days of hire for new employees.

There's no penalty for failing a quiz. You simply re-attempt the quiz until you pass. The purpose of the quiz is to reinforce learning.
