Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. Stripe provides our payment gateway for credit card transactions. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Approved Use of Products and Services

A Gamma Compliance Solutions documentation package is intended to be used for a single office at a given physical address. A Gamma Compliance Solutions online training course seat is intended to be used by a single person. A single documentation package is not to be used at multiple offices with different physical addresses and a single online training seat is not to be used by multiple people unless with the express written permission from an authorized representative of Gamma Compliance Solutions.

Refund Policy

As is the general policy in our industry, we do not issue refunds on our documentation packages due to the potential for copyright violations. A refund may be issued if you cancel the order before it is shipped or if the delivery is in transit. Shipping charges may be deducted from your order.

Online training may not be returned/refunded once a certificate is issued. If a certificate has not been issued for a training course, a refund may be issued within 30 days. At any time within the calendar year of the purchase date, incomplete online training may be reassigned to a different learner.

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that we may resolve the issue. If you contact us for support outside this 30 day period, we may deny a return or exchange.

Service Area

Gamma Compliance Solutions provides products and services primarily to the United States and U.S. Territories. With its discretion, Gamma Compliance Solutions may elect to provide products and services outside of this service area. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you agree to utilize any products and/or services you purchase from Gamma Compliance Solutions within the designated service area unless granted permission from an authorized representative of Gamma Compliance Solutions to utilize it elsewhere.

Shipment of Orders

Gamma Compliance Solutions fulfills shipments through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. With our standard delivery, it may take 3 to 4 business days for you to receive your order after it has been shipped. Expedited shipping is available (an additional fee may be charged).

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Gamma Compliance Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gamma Compliance Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Gamma Compliance Solutions shall promptly issue a credit to your payment method account in the amount of the incorrect price.
