    The Manual is your reference guide and assists you in customizing your Doc Kit. No customization is needed for the Manual. 

    The Download version of a Package is digital-only i.e. it is not shipped to you and can be downloaded from your account immediately after order.

    The non-Download version of a Package is a hardcopy version that is shipped to you. It includes a USB containing all the materials digitally as well.

    You have access to the course until the end of the calendar year specified in the course name. However, we recommend completing the training as soon as possible. Note that OSHA requires training within 10 days of hire for new employees.

    There's no penalty for failing a quiz. You simply re-attempt the quiz until you pass. The purpose of the quiz is to reinforce learning.

    You’ll need to purchase a training seat for each person needing training.

    Our training can be viewed on any device – Mac, PC, tablet, and/or mobile with any internet browser and an active internet connection.

    Contact us to change the name on your training profile. This must be done prior to the course being completed.

    On completion of the course, your certificate will automatically be available in your training account.

    The certification is good for 12 months from the date of issuance.
